Historic Fairmount apartments
Originally built as a hotel for the Lewis and Clark Centennial Exposition of 1905, the two-story structure is on the National Register of Historic Places. The historic facade will receive repairs, window restoration, and a new paint scheme. Upon completion, the extensive renovation will provide modern building systems and all new interiors. A new lobby, courtyard connections, and sky-lit lounge will provide important community-building spaces for the future residents.
